Welcome to VERUTHE.

VERUTHE is a trading brand operated by Hopedigital FZE, a free-zone establishment registered in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

Throughout these Terms of Service, the words “VERUTHE,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Hopedigital FZE trading as VERUTHE.

We operate this website and online store, including the information, content, features, tools, products and services made available through it collectively referred to as the “Services.”

Our online store is hosted and supported by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform through which we offer our products to you.

These Terms of Service, together with our:

govern your access to and use of the Services.

By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your country or place of residence to place an order through our store.

Where permitted by law, a parent or legal guardian may allow a minor to use the Services under their supervision and remains responsible for that use.

When creating an account or placing an order, you agree to provide information that is accurate, current and complete, including your:

Telephone number
Billing information
Delivery address
Payment information

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.

Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Accounts may not be sold, transferred or assigned to another person.

2. Our products

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately, including their:

Material
Fit
Measurements
Print
Price
Availability

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, lighting and photography.

Product photographs may include models, styled environments or digitally prepared mock-ups intended to show how the product may look. Minor differences may occur between the images displayed and the product received, including natural variations in garment dimensions, fabric appearance, colour tone and print placement.

These minor production or display variations do not constitute a defect unless the item is materially different from its description or confirmed order.

Please review the product description and size guide before ordering. Different garment styles may fit differently even where the labelled size is the same.

We may update product descriptions, specifications, colours, availability and pricing when reasonably necessary.

We may also discontinue products or limit quantities available for purchase.

3. Made-to-order production

Many VERUTHE products are produced only after an order is placed.

Our made-to-order approach helps us avoid unnecessary stock, reduce overproduction and limit apparel waste.

Because production may begin shortly after an order is confirmed:

Changes may not be possible after production begins.
Cancellation requests cannot always be accepted.
Change-of-mind returns and size or colour exchanges are not offered unless required by applicable law.

Your rights concerning damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed products remain unaffected.

4. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

An automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when:

Payment has been successfully authorised;
We confirm the order; and
We have not notified you that the order cannot be fulfilled.

We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including:

A product being unavailable
Incorrect pricing or product information
Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment
An incomplete or undeliverable address
An order exceeding reasonable purchase limits
A technical or payment-processing error
A suspected purchase for unauthorised resale
Circumstances preventing lawful fulfilment

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled portion using the original payment method.

Please check your order confirmation carefully and contact us promptly if any information is incorrect.

5. Personal use and resale

Products purchased from VERUTHE are intended primarily for personal or household use.

You may not purchase our products for commercial resale, unauthorised distribution, reproduction, export or other commercial exploitation without our prior written consent.

We may limit or cancel orders that reasonably appear to have been placed by resellers or distributors.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates dirhams unless otherwise stated.

The price charged will be the price displayed when you submit your order, subject to correction of an obvious error.

Any applicable delivery fee, tax or additional charge will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.

You agree to provide valid and accurate payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Payment processing may be carried out by Shopify Payments or other third-party payment providers. We do not directly store complete payment-card details where those details are processed securely by the payment provider.

We may delay or cancel an order if payment cannot be authorised or if additional verification is reasonably required.

7. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions, discounts and promotional codes may be subject to additional conditions displayed at the time of the offer.

Unless stated otherwise:

Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Only one code may be used per order.
A code must be applied before checkout is completed.
Codes cannot be applied retrospectively.
Promotions may be limited by product, date, customer or order value.
Promotions may be withdrawn or corrected where there is an error, misuse or technical issue.

Where promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotional terms will apply to that promotion.

8. Shipping and delivery

VERUTHE currently offers free standard delivery across the UAE, unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Estimated delivery is generally 3–5 business days after the order enters production or fulfilment.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays may occur because of:

Courier disruption
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
Public holidays
Severe weather
Access restrictions
High order volumes
Events outside our reasonable control

We will remain responsible for your order until it has been delivered to the address supplied by you or received by a person authorised to accept it.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accessible delivery address and a working telephone number.

Additional delivery attempts or redirection costs caused by incorrect customer-provided information may be charged where reasonable.

9. Order cancellations

We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once:

Printing or production has started;
The product has been customised;
The order has been packed; or
The order has been handed to the courier.

Where cancellation is accepted before production begins, we will refund the cancelled amount to the original payment method.

Our inability to accept a change-of-mind cancellation does not affect any cancellation or refund right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Returns, replacements and refunds

Because our products are generally made after an order is placed, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges solely because:

You changed your mind
You selected the wrong size
You selected the wrong colour
The fit, style or design does not suit your personal preference
You ordered several options intending to return some of them

Please check the product description and size guide carefully before ordering.

However, contact us if your order:

Arrives damaged
Contains a manufacturing or printing defect
Is incomplete
Contains the wrong product, size or colour
Is materially different from its description
Does not match an agreed customisation

Where a claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances and applicable law. This may include replacement, refund or another agreed resolution.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory legal right or remedy.

11. Product care and customer-caused damage

You are responsible for following the care instructions supplied with the product or displayed on our website.

Unless required by law, we are not responsible for deterioration or damage caused by:

Incorrect washing or drying
Bleach or harsh chemicals
Ironing directly over printed artwork
Misuse or accidental damage
Alterations
Excessive friction
Normal wear and tear
Failure to follow care instructions

A manufacturing defect is different from damage arising through use, handling or improper care.

12. Intellectual property

The Services and their content are owned by or licensed to Hopedigital FZE and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Protected content may include:

The VERUTHE name and logo
Product artwork and illustrations
Malayalam and English graphic designs
Photographs and videos
Product descriptions and website copy
Graphics, layouts and visual elements
Collection names, slogans and campaign materials

You may access the Services for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

Copy, reproduce or republish our designs
Print our artwork on other products
Sell or distribute copies of our content
Modify or create derivative works from our artwork
Download product images for commercial use
Use our name, logo or branding
Scrape or extract content from our website
Claim ownership of any VERUTHE design

No intellectual-property right is transferred to you when you purchase a product. You purchase the physical product only, not the right to reproduce its design.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

13. Reviews, photographs and other submissions

You may submit reviews, comments, photographs, suggestions or other content where the Services allow it.

You confirm that:

You created the content or have permission to submit it;
It is truthful to the best of your knowledge;
It does not infringe another person’s rights;
It is not unlawful, abusive, misleading or defamatory;
It does not contain malicious software or unauthorised advertising.

By submitting content to us, you grant Hopedigital FZE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish and display that content for operating and promoting VERUTHE.

This may include displaying reviews or customer photographs on our website, advertising or social-media channels.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

We are not required to publish every review or submission.

14. Third-party services and links

The Services may contain links to or integrations with services operated by third parties, including:

Payment providers
Delivery providers
Social-media platforms
Analytics services
Marketing applications
Customer-support tools

We do not control every third-party service and are not responsible for its independent content, availability, privacy practices or terms.

Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms and policies.

15. Shopify’s role

Our online store is powered by Shopify.

Purchases made through the store are transactions directly between you and Hopedigital FZE trading as VERUTHE, not between you and Shopify.

Shopify provides the technology and infrastructure that enable us to operate the online store, but Shopify is not the seller of VERUTHE products and is not responsible for fulfilling your order.

Nothing in this section limits any responsibility that Shopify may independently have under its own terms or applicable law.

16. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our [Privacy Policy].

Because the store is hosted by Shopify, information may also be processed by Shopify and by service providers involved in payments, fulfilment, delivery, analytics, security and customer support.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.

17. Accuracy, errors and availability

We try to keep information on the Services complete and accurate.

Occasionally, an error or omission may relate to:

Images or colours
Prices
Discounts
Stock availability
Delivery estimates

Epidemics
Government restrictions

We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of such events and resume fulfilment when reasonably possible.

21. Disclaimer of warranties

We aim to provide accurate information and reliable Services.

However, except for warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded, the website and its general content are made available on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

The website will always be uninterrupted;
Every feature will remain permanently available;
The Services will be free from every error; or
Information of a general nature will be suitable for every individual purpose.

This section does not exclude our responsibility to supply products that comply with their description, applicable law and any mandatory consumer guarantee.

Our responsibility for a product order will generally be limited to the amount paid for the affected product, except where a greater remedy is required by applicable law.

We are not responsible for loss caused by:

Your breach of these Terms
Incorrect information supplied by you
Unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials
Misuse of a product
Failure to follow care instructions
A third-party service outside our reasonable control

This section does not affect mandatory consumer rights.

23. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to compensate Hopedigital FZE for reasonable losses, liabilities and costs resulting directly from:

Your unlawful use of the Services;
Your infringement of our or another person’s intellectual-property rights;
Content you submit in violation of these Terms; or
Fraudulent conduct carried out through your account.

This obligation does not apply to loss caused by our own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.

24. Severability

If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

25. No waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we have waived our right to enforce it later.

Any waiver must be clear and specific.

26. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.

We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations as part of a lawful restructuring, sale, transfer of business or change of service provider, provided that your mandatory rights are not reduced.

27. Entire agreement

These Terms and the policies incorporated into them form the agreement between you and us concerning your use of the Services and purchase of products.

They replace previous understandings concerning the same subject matter, except for rights or obligations already accrued.

28. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and transactions with VERUTHE are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where relevant, the applicable laws and regulations of the Emirate of Sharjah.

We encourage you to contact us first if you have a concern so that we can try to resolve it fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, unless applicable consumer-protection law requires a different forum or procedure.

Nothing in this section restricts your right to approach an appropriate consumer-protection or regulatory authority.

29. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to:

Our products or fulfilment process
Applicable law
Payment or delivery providers
Shopify functionality
Our business operations

The current version will be posted on this page with its updated date.

Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that arose under an order already accepted.
