Shipping policy

We currently deliver throughout the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery is free on orders of AED 150 or more. A flat delivery fee of AED 12 applies to orders below AED 150.

Delivery time

Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days after they are confirmed.

Business days exclude weekends and UAE public holidays. Delivery may occasionally take longer during holidays, promotional periods, severe weather, courier disruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Made-to-order production

VERUTHE products are generally produced after an order is placed.

This made-to-order approach helps us avoid unnecessary stock, reduce overproduction and limit apparel waste. Production is included within the estimated 3–5 business-day delivery period, unless we notify you otherwise.

Order processing and tracking

Once your order has been prepared and handed to the courier, you may receive a shipping confirmation or tracking information by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

Please ensure that your:

Name
Mobile number
Delivery address
Building, apartment or villa details

are complete and accurate when placing your order.

Delivery attempts

The courier may contact you before delivery.

If delivery cannot be completed because the address or contact details provided were incorrect, incomplete or unreachable, additional delivery time or redelivery charges may apply.

Delayed orders

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Contact us if your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, and we will check its status with the courier.

Damaged, missing or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

An item is missing
You receive the wrong product, size or colour
The order shows as delivered but you have not received it
